We're looking to grow our team by finding bright, hardworking Sales Development Reps who can help develop our outbound strategy. We are a small but global team, which means each member plays an integral role in building the foundation of our future sales organization. At Swrve, you will be joining a team that is dedicated to helping you learn the B2B software sales industry and develop your career. You, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), will provide support to a defined group of EMEA-based Account Executives (Sales Representatives). Your primary responsibility will be to book qualified meetings with through various inbound leads with a heavy focus on outbound prospecting to defined, targeted accounts.

Your role at Swrve:

Day to Day:

  • Within salesforce.com, effectively reach out to a database of prospects through phone and email, reaching out to 60-80 contacts each day to generate 3-5 meetings per week
  • Call inbound leads in a timely manner to qualify new business opportunities and book appointment/demos for outside sales representatives; seamlessly transition the account once an appointment has been set.
  • Outbound prospecting to identify, engage, qualify, and book meetings with target contacts in target companies
  • Communicate with senior to mid-level executives in Fortune 500 technology and non-technology companies. A guide will be provided, but will need to exhibit creativity and good judgment in communicating with such executives. 
  • Actively engage and collaborate with your account regional account executive
  • When required, attend company sponsored events
  • Achieve monthly quotas of lead qualification/MQLs, meetings/SQLs and opportunities

 

Skills you have already developed:

  • 1 - 4 years of previous B2B Sales Development / Inside Sales experience 
  • Prior experience working in Salesforce.com
  • HubSpot, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Outreach experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount
  • Possess a mature, professional, CONFIDENT phone personality
  • You're able to convince people to consider options beyond that of which they have already considered or discovered themselves
  • You're well organized with effective time and activity management skills
  • You're goal oriented (You will have monthly and quarterly goals)
  • Prior knowledge of the marketing technology industry a plus

 

Compensation 

  • Competitive salary plus commission
