Swrve is looking to grow our team by finding bright, hardworking Sales Development Representatives who can develop and execute our outbound sales strategy. We are a small team, which means each member plays an integral role in creating relationships and building a pipeline for our sales organization. Your role at Swrve

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to develop and qualify sales opportunities for the Account Executive team. Your primary responsibility will be to book qualified discovery meetings through nurturing inbound leads and strategic outbound prospecting to target accounts in key verticals. The buyer profile can vary from Marketing, Engineering, Digital, Product, and Customer Experience roles.  

Day to Day:

  • Via phone and email, execute creative outbound prospecting to identify, engage, qualify, and book meetings with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Follow up and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Book appointments for Account Executive and seamlessly transition the account once an appointment has been set
  • Within Salesloft, create compelling and effective cadences by industry and buyer persona
  • Nurture relationships with mid-level to senior executives at the world’s largest brands 
  • Collaborate with your assigned Account Executive on account penetration tactics
  • Achieve monthly quotas of daily contacts by phone and email, lead qualification/MQLs, meetings/SQLs and opportunities


  • 1 - 4 years of previous B2B Sales Development / Inside Sales experience - this is not an entry-level position
  • Prior experience working in, HubSpot, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, and similar tools strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount as this role is many times the first impression a buyer has of Swrve
